Dark bass sound made with the following modules as main actors dinsync modseq, doepfer a-124 special edition, uoki-toki polivoks vcf, intellijel μvcf and synthrotek dirt. I'm exploring my filters and try to use them in different ways.

Bass with variations made on modular synth. The original wave is a sin-wave. . . I think number six i my favorite. Number ten is quite funky too.

The same sound thru two filters. No editing. 100% dry.

A synthetic bass multisample. I created it using the virsyn cube additive synthesizer (vsti). I applied some eq using the sonalksis sv-517 equalizer plugin. The sound was compressed by the sonalksis sv-315 and nomad factory blue tubes cp2s compressor plugins. All great quality plugs. The sound is a nice but rather static emulation of a bass guitar. Use your sampler's velocity and pitch bending options to bring this multisample to life. All samples in a 24 bit, 44. 1 khz resolution. Loop points were added for sustained notes.

The vintage bass pack is a collection of bass one shots created in reason using synapse´s the legend synthesizer which is probably the best emulation of the original minimoog synthesizer available today. The sounds will be useable in a variety of music styles where vintage and powerful bass sound is needed. Enjoy!.

Double bass drum beat based on a standard rock backbeat pattern with a sixteenth note roll.

Ableton instrument with motion delay for a nice echo effect.

In this patch i’m using doepfer a-160 clock divider as a sub bas generator. Square wave out from doepfer a-110 to trig in on a-160. I guess a square wave makes it easier for a-160? /4, in this patch, out to uvcf. The sawtooth from a-110 to another nice filter - the wasp filter. The transient modules 8s sequencer gives us an 8 note sequence. A copy of the sawtooth melody is going to an analog delay stomp box from joyo and back to the synth. Sound obtained by using some of the tassman step-sequencer along with the analog synthesis module. Then adding reverberation effect inside of tassman software and directly recording. No sound editing. No mastering. No limiter.
